Nurturing Spirit

Nurturing Spirit Week is about making time for our wellbeing - the things that make us feel happy. Wellbeing is defined as “the state of being comfortable, healthy, or happy.”  Wellbeing is so important, particularly now during these challenging times. Although we may not be able to do everything we love because of the current lockdown, there are things that we can still do to bring a smile.

For some children that could be singing, dancing, getting creative, playing sports and games, connecting with family and friends and so much more. The focus of the week is to make time to do more of what makes you happy.
