INDEPENDENT CO-EDUCATIONAL PREPARATORY SCHOOL & NURSERY
Choosing the right school is one of the most important decisions you’ll make as parents. We warmly encourage you to visit us in person to experience our happy, nurturing environment.
You are welcome to attend one of our regular open events, meet our Head, Miss Nicola Cowell, and enjoy a tour of the school. If you would prefer a personal 1:1 visit, our Registrar will be happy to arrange an initial or follow-up meeting, with plenty of time set aside to discuss your family’s needs.
We have three main entry points:
Children may also join other year groups if places are available.
Once you decide we are the right fit, we will send you a Nursery Registration and Acceptance Form along with our Standard Terms and Conditions (downloadable link to document). The form will include a section where you can indicate the number of sessions you require for the academic year. Please note that session allocations depend on available places and staffing ratios.
To secure your child’s place, please return the completed paperwork together with the acceptance fees:
Once these are received, our Registrar will contact you to arrange settling-in sessions to ensure a smooth transition into Nursery. Settling-in typically includes two sessions of 1.5 hours each:
Additional sessions can be arranged if needed. After your child has completed their settling-in sessions, we will agree a start date together.
We look forward to supporting your child as they begin their exciting journey with us!
When you feel that Coworth Flexlands may be the right school for your child, please complete our Registration Form to register your interest and return it with the £120 non-refundable registration fee (inclusive of VAT). Once received, your child’s name will be added to the class list, and they will be invited to school events to help make their transition as smooth as possible.
Once registered or confirmed, your child will be invited to a taster experience:
Your child will join their age group and take part in a typical school day. They will be informally assessed through normal class activities, and feedback will be shared with parents or guardians. Additional taster sessions can be arranged if needed.
Following successful taster sessions, our Registrar will send you an Acceptance Form along with our Standard Terms and Conditions. To confirm and secure the place, parents should return the completed form, signed by both parents, together with a £400 deposit. This deposit will be held on account and refunded after the pupil’s final term, provided that a full term’s notice of withdrawal has been given.
