Skylark Nursery
At Skylark Nursery, girls and boys join us in the term of their third birthday. Learning and play are encouraged in a welcoming and non-competitive environment and children are well prepared for the education we offer in the Pre-Prep and Prep departments.
Our light, airy Nursery is friendly and secure, well equipped and enjoys a brand new outside classroom and exciting outdoor learning area. It also benefits from the facilities of the larger school, such as access to the Gym, ICT Suite and panoramic, extensive grounds.
Skylark Nursery at Coworth-Flexlands School is a stimulating environment where even the youngest child develops as an individual and at an appropriate pace.From the moment children start, what they can do by themselves is noted and tracked in our very special ‘I Can’ books.
Each child has a ‘key’ person so that parents, carers and the school can work in partnership, ensuring excellent communication, identifying needs and celebrating successes. We believe the way to learn is through active, hands-on play.

By recognising that all children are different, Skylark Nursery provides a happy, warm and secure learning space which inspires children and gives them a positive attitude to work, self, others and the environment.
