Design & Technology is about making things that people want and that work well. Creating these things is hugely exciting; it's an inventive fun activity.

Design & Technology prepares pupils for participation in today’s rapidly changing technological world. At Coworth-Flexlands School we aim to provide opportunities for all children to design & make good quality products. They are encouraged to develop confidence & skills when using & selecting a range of tools & materials. We do this through: weekly dedicated D.T. lessons; after school clubs; visits to museums & galleries; workshops with visiting designers.
